Throwback Thursday! - 90s Revamped

Ah the 90s... though most of my time in the 90s was spent in front of the television watching the latest and greatest from Sesame Street, there are some highly underrated pieces essential to the era of awkward. Here I give the modern versions that are actually super stylish!

1. Bike shorts - Sure in 1992 they meant you just mountain biked for a few hours and probably wiped off the sweat with a sweat band or towel from your fanny pack, but today you don't need to get on a bike to wear them.

3. Combat boots - Made for action, and though you may not have gotten much of it in the older version, the hottest trends right now include these modern boots.

4. Turtlenecks - Just the name might send a shiver up your spine: scratchy, choking, and extremely undesirable. Using new fabrics and keeping the look light, the sweater is perfect for the winter.

5. Flannel - So very comfy, but stylish? It can be done! Recently seen being worn tied around the waist, a more neutral toned flannel can be comfy, casual and chic.
